KBD Construction was great to work with. The owner of KBD is easy to communicate with and does a great job of leading his crew. They are very professional and do fantastic work. We’ve worked with them on 3 separate projects and each time they have exceeded our expectations. Each time we’ve worked with them they completed the project ahead of schedule without compromising the quality of their work. They were also very clean on the construction site and cleaned everything up before completing the project. We will definitely be working with them again in the future. I highly recommend them.

I would’ve definitely included more stars if I had the option to do so; however, I wanted to list my experience I have had with KBD Construction’s work.
After collecting several bids from various contractors, I awarded my project to KBD Construction for their affordable price quote and the professional staff. The owner who is also the general contractor impressed me with his industry and expertise knowledge and my first impression was pleasant. To say the least, that first impression remained the same after the job was completed.
My projects involved a kitchen remodel, painting the exterior of the house and remodeling/renovating my three bathrooms. The materials that I had used and bought were mainly recommended by Kevork Douzadjian, the owner of KBD Construction. Not only his vendors were the most affordable, but they saved me three times as less as the Home Depot would’ve charged for plain kitchen cabinets. The cabinetry is a work of the art, made of solid wood and I can’t stop enjoying the way my new kitchen looks like. The outside of my house has a much better curb appeal, thanks to KBD’s professional staff. In addition, all of my three bathrooms look as if they’re taken from a catalog. Kevork has a very knowledgable team of tile layers, makers, and cutters in addition to the other specialists such as plumbers, electricians and painters that were involved in those projects. The compliments I keep getting from my family, friends, and guests are endless!
The best part of it is that I was able to stay within my pre-set budget, thanks to Kevork! I wanted to take the time to thank all of your team for helping my dream come true! I wish, this website allowed me to post some pictures, I would’ve definitely done that as well as I am VERY proud of the work that’s been done on all three projects.
I am definitely calling KBD Construction again for my future fixes, repairs, and remodeling projects.
As they say, to have a great contractor/handyman is like finding a great dentist: you never want to lose touch with them!

Our business has been very pleased to work with Kevork at KBD. We asked him for a bid on a project that was under a very tight deadline, he had a quote back to us the next business day. Also, he stands by his word. His crew worked quickly and efficiently. Plus he took the time to finish the job personally and to our satisfaction.
